We see the surprise on Gulliver’s face when he wakes up to the Lilliputians – who are one-twelfth his size – walking over him. Gulliver appears to be tied up by his hair. Several of the Lilliputians are armed, either with spears or bows and arrows. The same image appears in the 1839 Krabbe edition.
