Description: In this image we see Gulliver swimming for his life after his shipwreck. We can see the ship faintly in the background as it sinks. Gulliver swims to the shores of Lilliput. His hand is reaching out of the rough waves. He still wears his hat which can be seen in the first image in the text of Gulliver and Prichard. The same image appears in the 1843 Krabbe edition.
