Melisandra (left) wearing long white robes of the Algerian make sits behind him on his horse, and clasps her arms about his shoulders till they cross and meet over his breast, that she may not fall, though her puppet arms only allow so much limber movement. In the background on the left stands the tower she has just recently escaped from.
